Go to Market Prep

Any and all interior and exterior refresh: Repair any deferred maintenance to ensure your home is ready to go to market.
Residential Clean Out and Downsizing Specialists: Trusted Gwinn Group specialists have mastered the methodology to efficiently and effectively remove ALL clutter, debris and reusable items from residences to prepare for moving. This allows the residence to be cleaned and prepped for its next occupant, as its former owners move on without the stress, burden, and hassle of doing this themselves without assistance or support.
Deep House Cleaning / Housekeeping Services: Gwinn Group Specialists will provide deep cleaning services upon a client’s departure from their previous residence to ensure that it is move-in ready for the next occupant.

New Residence Prep

Deep Cleaning: Theoretically a home one is moving into should be deep cleaned prior to arrival. However, if necessary or should extra cleaning is required, we have a team to ensure your new home move-in ready.
Other Prep: Should there be anything that needs to be completed, installed, removed, etc., inside or out, the Gwinn Group team will help coordinate, oversee and help ensure thorough execution and completion of needed tasks or projects on time. .
Furnishings: Gwinn Group can introduce and help coordinate partial or complete home furnishing, design, and space planning services by our experienced and reliable service providers. This can be done during escrow or before, during, or after move-in, to fit each client’s unique needs.
Moving Day: The Gwinn Group can help make sure you have the best team to set you up to sleep in your bed, and have your first coffee on moving day.
